The Bratwurst Booth team would to say a special thank you to our primary donors, Ziggy’s Building Materials and Steve and Gina Wells for ensuring the brat booth takes place and remains financially supportive of the CCO’s Community Hall and Coolin Park.

    We appreciate Dan Heuett and Frito Lay who have generously provided chips for many years, and Mitchell’s Harvest Foods for providing our buns.  Super 1 Oldtown and Safeway in Newport generously donated beverages, and Carolyn Deshler at Blue Diamond Marina provided ice to keep our drinks frosty cold.  The Tyee in Coolin provide hot coffee to get our day started right, and Hill’s Resort provided our fresh-baked cinnamon rolls.

    We’d like to give a special shout-out to Ben Votava and Nordman Resort for loaning us his amazing grill.  Flame-grilling is what it’s all about!!  Thanks to our food bank friends for baking special treats plus all of our “behind the scenes” volunteers.  Without you ALL, the booth would not have happened!!  The day was a perfect “Kick Off to Summer”!!

Proceeds from the Priest Lake Spring Festival support the Coolin Civic Organization’s maintenance of the Coolin Community Hall at the intersection of Dickensheet Road and Cavanaugh Bay Road, and upkeep of the Coolin Park on Missouri Street.   A portion is given back to community organizations serving Priest Lake, Idaho.  Thank you for supporting the 2023 Priest Lake Spring Festival.
